In an exhilarating Irani Cup final, Saurabh Kumar’s remarkable bowling display powered Rest of India to a commanding 175-run victory over Saurashtra. Kumar clinched an impressive 10 wickets for a total of 108 runs in the match.

Kumar was the star in the first innings, crucially dismissing Saurashtra for a mere 214 runs. His brilliance continued in the second innings, where he claimed a notable 6 wickets for just 43 runs, dismantling Saurashtra’s batting lineup.

Rest of India’s batting prowess was led by B Sai Sudharsan and Mayank Agarwal, who formed a formidable opening partnership, accumulating 85 runs. However, Parth Bhut’s exceptional second-innings bowling, where he secured 7 wickets for 53 runs, limited Rest of India to a target of 255 runs.

Saurashtra faced batting woes in their second innings as Kumar, supported by spinner Mulani, caused chaos. Kumar dismissed key batsmen, leaving Saurashtra struggling at 51 for 8.
