Danish Sports journalist blocked to report live from Doha.
A sports journalist name Rasmus Tanthold blocked by private security personnel in Doha for football World Cup coverage while he was filming and live on air for Danish television TV2.

He was reporting from Katara area to their studio in Copenhagen.
This type of violent intervention and blockage of media is not acceptable and senseless without being able to know by security thugs that it’s not the duty they are suppose to do.
It’s alarming, when Danish crew members bluntly told to stop live coverage by security authorities otherwise their cameras would have been destroyed. Despite the fact that Danish media team has acquired valid accreditation and allowed to film at public places.
On the other hand, 2022 World Cup organiser has apologised to the journalists and accepted following the incident and said that crew members were mistakenly interrupted.
The tournament organisers must assures the SOP that this type of violent behaviour should not be tolerated and happens again at the time when thousands of journalist have arrived to Qatar for the coverage of mega event of the world.
