Pakistan Cricket Board pays 643 employees a salary of Rs 64.2 million, 15, thousand and 141 rupee across the country. Its first time that the new PCB management briefed to a parliamentary panel of National Assembly that was chaired by MNA Nawab Sher at the Parliament House Islamabad.
According to the PCB record, there are 18 employees in the Board who get salaries of Rs 500,000 or above. Similarly, the highest paid job is Wasim who get 2.6 million salary a month and PCB physiotherapist Wycliffe Andrew Deacon, (Rs2.1 million) as well.
However, the committee was told detail of other high paid employees of the PCB included, director high performance Nadeem Khan (Rs 1.3 million), director media Sami Burney ( Rs1.3 million), head international players development Saqlain Mushtaq ( Rs 1.2 million), chief executive officer Salman Naseer ( Rs1.2 million).
Moreover, the standing committee chairman showing displeasure over PCB head Ramiz Raja could not turn up in the meeting due to his meeting with CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi
